In the summer of 2009, cake artist Lyndsay Scott took her very first cake decorating class--it was love at first sight.  Class after class--and with constant, continuing education--Lyndsay brings you the best, custom creations in the Central Valley.  She is a member of the International Cake Exploration Society, has written articles for their monthly newsletter, competed in competitions, and pictures of her cakes have been featured.  She has taken classes from the best in the industry, including Collette Peters, Richard Ruskell, Ruth Rickey, and Adam Starkey and Ted Scutti of Sugar Sugar Cake Studio.
